How to Use
Braised Prawns with Spicy Sauce
Ingredients:
Medium prawns 350g(9taels), Minced garlic 1 tbsp, Minced ginger 1/2 tsp, Chopped green onion 1 tbsp
Seasoning:
Amoy Toban Sauce 2 tbsp, Ketchup 2 tbsp,Sugar 2 tsp, Xiaoshing wine 1 tsp, Water 4 tbsp
Method:
1. Trim off the eyes, whiskers & legs from the prawns, cut through the back & split up the prawns, remove the veins from the back.
2. Fry the prawns until medium well and set aside.
Add the garlic, ginger & seasonings, fry up & bring to boil.
3. Put the prawns into pan, cook until the sauce become thickened, toss in the green onion & serve.
