Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs
Mix the steak with the marinade (1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp egg liquid). Coat the pork cutlets with cornstarch, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, drain. Sauté sweet red pepper and pineapple in 1 tablespoon of oil, add Lee Kum Kee Sweet and Sour Spare Rib Sauce and heat until hot, then add pork chops and stir-fry until combined.
