How to Use
Stewed Spareribs and Chestnuts
Ingredients:
Spare ribs 300g, chestnuts 200g, minced garlic 1 tsp, shallot 1 pc (sliced), ginger slices 2 pcs, 1 spring onion (sectioned)
Marinade:
White pepper, corn starch 1-1/2 tsp
Seasoning:
Amoy Chu Hou Sauce 1-1/2 tbsp, sugar 1 tsp, water 1/3 cup
Method:
1.Mix spare ribs with marinade.
2. Heat the oil, fry spare ribs with medium heat until golden brown. Sauté ginger slices, shallots, minced garlic and chestnuts.
3. Add seasoning and bring it to boil. Stew for 25 mins over low heat. And then sauté the sauce over high heat until the sauce reduces. Stir in spring onions and serve.
*1 Cup = 250ml

Water, Fermented Salted Soyabeans (Soyabeans, Water, Salt, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Salt, Sesame Paste (Sesame Paste, Canola Oil), Garlic, Soy Sauce (Water, Soyabeans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Colour (Plain Caramel), Spices, Red Bean Curd (Water, Soyabeans, Salt, Rice Wine, Red Rice Koji, Spices), Rice Wine (Water, Rice), Yeast Extract, Modified Starch, Ginger Juice.
Storage Condition
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
after use.
