Things you need to know before you ship

What is volumetric weight? Why is it used?

Shipping fees can be charged based on actual weight or volumetric weight,
especially for items that are large in size but light in weight.

The volumetric weight is calculated as:

📦 Volumetric Weight (KG) = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000

We will compare:
    •    Actual Weight
    •    Volumetric Weight

The higher value will be used as the final chargeable weight.

📌 Weight Rounding Policy:
    •    Shipments weighing less than 0.5 kg will be charged as 0.5 kg
    •    Billing is calculated in 0.5 kg increments thereafter

 

This follows standard international logistics practices to ensure fair shipping costs based on the space your parcel occupies.

5. Strong Magnetic Items
    •    High-strength magnets
    •    Speaker components, motor magnets

How do I know the final shipping fee?

Simply upload your purchase screenshots and submit the form (checkout at 0 price).
We will weigh your parcel and calculate the shipping fee based on the rate of your selected country.
You will then receive a payment link via Email.
Once payment is completed, your shipment will be arranged immediately.

How long does it take to receive my parcel?

Usual delivery timeline (may vary depending on flights & customs):
    •    Hong Kong → EU warehouse: approx. 3–5 business days
    •    EU warehouse → Your address: approx. 2–4 business days

📦 End-to-end tracking is provided.
Most customers receive their parcels within 5–9 business days in total.

How is the delivery arranged? Will it be missed?

Once your shipment arrives in your country, it will be handled by local courier delivery.
You will receive:
    •    SMS / WhatsApp delivery notification
    •    Or a direct call from the courier

If you are not home, you can reschedule or choose a pickup point.
 

What happens if my parcel gets lost?

 Every shipment includes basic transportation coverage:
    •    We will open an investigation with the logistics provider
    •    If confirmed lost, compensation will be issued based on your declared value / purchase proof (compensation limit varies by country)

Just provide your purchase screenshot — we will handle the rest.

Is tax included?

Yes. For UK, Schengen Area & all EU countries, taxes & duties are fully included (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
You won’t need to pay any extra VAT or customs fees upon delivery.

Do you charge storage fees? How long is the free storage period?

We provide 10 business days of free storage, starting from the day your first parcel arrives at our Hong Kong warehouse.

After the 10-day free period, a storage fee of  HKD 20 or its equivalent in other currencies per day will be charged.

To avoid additional fees, we recommend consolidating your parcels as soon as possible and submitting your order screenshots before all items have arrived.

Product Description 

1. You may place your orders on Taobao, JD, or any other online shopping platform.
 
2. Send your packages to our Hong Kong warehouse.
 
3. Upload the order screenshots of the items you purchased.
(Checkout at zero-price — this step is only for submitting your details.)
 
4. Once your parcels arrive, we will repack and consolidate them into one shipment, then measure the actual weight and volumetric weight.
 
5. You will receive an email containing the final consolidation shipping fee with a payment link.
