• The addition of vegan collagen and poly peptides facilitates collagen synthesis, enhances elasticity and firms skin, minimising pores and improving fine lines to reveal plumped and refined skin.
• Light and thin fibre-free gel mask is solidified from essence and fits on skin for speedy nutrients absorption, bringing moisture and cooling sensation to skin.

How to use：
Step 1：After cleansing face and basic skincare, remove films from mask sheet
Step 2：Apply with embossed side contacting skin, align with the centre of eyes on upper-half face and centre of mouth on lower-half face to fit face shape
Step 3：Leave on for 20-30mins then remove mask sheet, lightly pat with fingertips to absorb essence.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it — but you may still request a return after receiving the package.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —
we aim to earn your trust, not just your purchase.

 

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Please note:
    •    Only unopened, unused, non-food items are eligible for return.
    •    If your order arrives damaged, expired, or close to expiry, we’ll offer a refund or replacement immediately.

What does “close to expiry” mean?
