A refreshing cleansing gel with a gentle formula. It thoroughly cleans acne-prone skin and suppresses excessive oil secretion. It is effective in treating acne and preventing its reappearance. Rejuvenating and soothing, the cleansing gel neither dry nor tighten the skin.

Main Ingredients:
Pionin, Aloe Leaf Extract, Tea Tree Oil, Clary Essential Oil

How to Use:
Apply a sufficient quantity of the gel to moistened face and neck AM and PM. Gently massage. Rinse with water. Apply Pionin Anti-Acne Clarifying Toner and Pionin Acne Clear Refreshing Emulsion afterward.

How long will i receive my package?

After you place your order, it usually takes 1–2 working days to prepare and process.

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 4–9 working days, depending on your location.
(During peak seasons, processing time may take slightly longer.)

Can i cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it — but you may still request a return after receiving the package.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —
we aim to earn your trust, not just your purchase.

 

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Please note:
    •    Only unopened, unused, non-food items are eligible for return.
    •    If your order arrives damaged, expired, or close to expiry, we’ll offer a refund or replacement immediately.

What does “close to expiry” mean?
