Eu Yan Sang Infant's Calming Herbal Tea is an ideal health supplement for infants, which helps avoid craving for sugar.

Ingredients:
Coix Seed, Germinated Rice, Wheat, Sasagrass, Chinese Haw, Cat's Claw, Cicada Shell, Licorice, Dietary Fiber. (Produced in a factory where lactose, tree nuts and nut products are also handled)

Directions:
Immerse the teabag in boiling water for around 2 minutes. Remove the teabag and serve warm.

Caution:
This product is a highly concentrated extract and easily absorbs moisture. Please infuse and consume immediately after opening. The infused Infant's Calming Herbal Tea should not be left unused for over 4 hours.

Storage:
Please store unopened teabags in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —
we aim to earn your trust, not just your purchase.

 

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Please note:
    •    Only unopened, unused, non-food items are eligible for return.
    •    If your order arrives damaged, expired, or close to expiry, we’ll offer a refund or replacement immediately.

What does “close to expiry” mean?
