Serving Direction

1. Soak in boiling waiter

Put the aluminium bag in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes

2. Direct reheat

Cut off the aluminium bag. Pour the content into a pot and reheat.

3. Microwave Oven

Cut off the aluminium bag. Pour the content into a bowl and microwave heating for 2 minutes. (Do not put the aluminium bag into microwave oven.)

功效
清心潤肺，健脾和胃

成份

高湯(水、豬肉、雞肉)、豬腱、紅棗、蓮子、淮山、百合、黨參、沙參、芡實、玉竹、杞子、食鹽、增味劑(E635)

食用方法

1) 整包浸熱

將整包鋁箔袋放入熱水中，加熱約5分鐘即可。

2) 直接加熱

剪開鋁箔袋， 將湯及材料倒入煲內加熱即可。

3) 微波爐加熱法

剪開鋁箔袋，將湯及材料倒入碗中， 用微波爐加熱2 分鐘即可。

*無須加水

*注意湯水或材料可能出現細小的肉類碎骨

儲存: 存放於乾燥陰涼處，避免陽光直接照射，建議開封後立即食用。

服用方法
將材料置於瓦煲內加入瘦肉四兩、清水八碗，用慢火煮約三小時成三碗。
