Lemon Chicken
First, mix the chicken slices with 1 tablespoon of egg liquid. Dip the chicken slices in cornstarch and fry in 5 tablespoons of hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, then drain. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add Lee Kum Kee Lemon Chicken Sauce and bring to a boil, then add the chicken slices and stir-fry until combined.
