Authentic Signature Braised Pork Belly Sauce
The secret recipe of oyster sauce is made by adding a variety of ingredients such as fermented bean curd (red fermented bean curd), fermented bean curd (white fermented bean curd), fermented black beans and rice wine. The sauce base is rich and flavorful, and has the authentic flavor of braised pork belly.

Bamboo shoot lamb brisket casserole
1. Soak bamboo shoots (100g) and mushrooms (100g) until soft.
2. Wash and blanch the lamb brisket (700g), remove from the heat and cut into pieces for later use.
3. Heat oil in a wok, add lamb belly and ginger slices (20g) and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add 2 packets of Hong Kong-style signature braised pork belly sauce and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
5. Add the special braised pork belly spice pack, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, water chestnuts (100g) and other ingredients and 1.5L of water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 4 hours until the lamb belly is tender.
Tips: You can change it to braised beef brisket according to your personal preference.
