Golden Soup with Pickled Fish Sauce - Made with salted green peppers, the soup is golden in color, sour, spicy and refreshing without choking the throat!

Special sauerkraut – made from high-quality mustard greens, with a refreshing and delicious taste that enhances the sour and spicy taste!

Dried chili peppers – Made from chili peppers, they are quite spicy and can be added according to your preference for spiciness.

Golden Soup Pickled Fish

Material:
- Lee Kum Kee Golden Soup Pickled Fish Sauce 1 pack
- 300g fish fillet
- 1 liter boiling water
- Add soybean sprouts and tofu as you like

Marinade:
- 1 tsp salt
- A little Lee Kum Kee white pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1.5 tablespoons oil

Suggested cooking method:
1. Mix the fish fillet (300g) with salt (1 tsp), pepper (a little), cornstarch (1 tbsp) and oil (1.5 tbsp).
2. Pour in the golden soup pickled fish sauce and add 1 liter of boiling water and bring to a boil.
3. Add the special pickled cabbage and dried chili peppers according to your preference, and simmer for 2 minutes on low heat
(*You can add soybean sprouts, tofu and other ingredients at the same time)
4. Add the marinated fish fillets into the pot, cook for about 1 minute and serve.
