Cooking method: Boil appropriate amount of water. Add noodles into boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes. Loosen the noodles with chopsticks, drained excess water and put aside. Put the braised abalone in crab paste pouch directly into boiling water and heat for 1-2 minutes. Open the pouch and pour onto the noodles, mix well and serve. Can ass vinegar to enhance the flavour.
