Directions:
This product may be consumed directly from the sachet or heated to bring out a stronger flavour.
Stovetop: Place the unopened sachet into a pot, add water, heat until the water boils.
Immersion: Place the unopened sachet into a bowl of boiling water and soak for 3 minutes.
Microwave: Empty all contents into a microwave-safe container, and microwave for about 1 minute.

Precautions:
Do not directly place the sachet into the microwave. Use extreme caution when opening the sachet after heating as contents may be hot. This product has been produced under advanced manufacturing techniques with no preservatives added. Remember to consume immediately after opening the sachet. Do not consume if the packaging seal is damaged or the sachet is swollen. Patients of branched-chain organic aciduria diseases (such as Maple Syrup Urine Disease) should avoid consuming this product. This product contains natural ingredients, and the presence of small amounts of sediments is a normal phenomenon.

Please store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —
we aim to earn your trust, not just your purchase.

 

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Please note:
    •    Only unopened, unused, non-food items are eligible for return.
    •    If your order arrives damaged, expired, or close to expiry, we’ll offer a refund or replacement immediately.

What does “close to expiry” mean?
