It has a wide range of uses and can be used to make fish balls, siu mai, rice noodles, rice rolls, and noodles. Hot food can be cart noodles, braised potato and chicken wings, braised bamboo shoots, and boiled pork skin, radish and fish balls. It is recommended to use a 1:3 or 1:2 ratio to dilute with water for use as a soup base or broth.
