    Soup Broth (Water, Chicken), Pork, EdibleKudzu Root, Rice Bean, White Hyacinth Bean, Sweet Dates, Salt, Sugar, DriedTangerine Peel

  • Dosage：

    1) Put the whole pack of instant soup into boiling water and boil for 4 minutes. After heat, tear the pack and pour contents into a bowl to serve. Or

     

    2) Tear the pack and pour the contents into a microwave oven safe bowl and then heat up in microwave for 5 minutes. Ready to serve after heat.

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Please note:
    •    Only unopened, unused, non-food items are eligible for return.
    •    If your order arrives damaged, expired, or close to expiry, we’ll offer a refund or replacement immediately.

What does “close to expiry” mean?
