Product Description 

Wai Yuen Tong Eczema Relief Soothing Cream is specially designed for children and adults with eczema and sensitive skin concerns. It is dermatologically tested and clinically proven to be gentle on sensitive skin. It contains natural herbal extract such as Ginseng, Buckthorn Fruit, Light yellow Sophora Root, Licorice Root, Calendula, Chamomile. Besides, lactobacillus and inulin are added to improve the microbial environment of skin, in addition to natural essential oils, including Shea Butter, Jojoba and Almond, together with hyaluronic acid, vitamin B5 and vitamin E are added to restore moisture. Continuous daily use can relieve skin redness and itchiness caused by eczema and sensitive skin, it can boost the skin barrier recovery, reduce trans-epidermal water loss, accelerate skin renewal and rebuild smooth skin.

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.
