香片是什麼？香片茶簡介

香片是指以「窨，別音薰）製」的工法所製成之茶葉。製作時，會使用一層茶葉、一層花瓣，用如此交錯的方式層層堆疊，當茶葉吸附了花辦的香氣精華後，再換上新的花辦，重複幾次後，即可把花瓣挑掉，留下萃取滿滿花香的茶葉，這就是所謂的香片。
製作香片常見的花種以茉莉、桂花、梔子、玉蘭花等為主，而茶葉的基底則多半會選擇綠茶或包種等較清爽的茶。

香片屬於什麼茶？是茉莉花茶嗎？

由此可知，香片是花茶的統稱，之所以會有「香片=茉莉花茶」的說法，是因為大眾最常喝到的香片茶多半是茉莉花窨製而成，其實更還有以桂花或梔子所製成的其他香片種類。

飲用香片茶的兩大重點

如何才能泡出好喝、香氣馥郁的香片茶呢？就讓京盛宇來分享香片茶的兩個沖泡大重點吧!

1.—不洗茶

由於香片茶的特點就是它窨製而來的香氣，若照一般的泡茶程序進行洗茶的動作，反而會將窨製的香氣洗掉，失去了香片茶原有的風味。

2.—浸泡時間需減半

另外，香片茶的特色就在於其清新的香氣，以及爽口的滋味，因此不建議讓茶湯泡得過濃。可參考烏龍茶浸泡時間的一半作為標準，快沖香片，使其保留香甜的口感。
以京盛宇的香片茶—白毫茉莉為例，最佳的沖泡手法為：使用5g的茶葉對上150C.C的熱水，且不經過洗茶，浸泡約30秒即可倒出享用；冷泡則建議以3g茶葉對500C.C的冷水浸泡，並放置於冰箱6~8小時後即可飲用。

Can i cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it — but you may still request a return after receiving the package.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —
we aim to earn your trust, not just your purchase.

 

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Please note:
    •    Only unopened, unused, non-food items are eligible for return.
    •    If your order arrives damaged, expired, or close to expiry, we’ll offer a refund or replacement immediately.

What does “close to expiry” mean?
