Sichuan style boiled fish sauce
It is made of Sichuan peppercorns, Yunnan peppers, salt-pickled peppers and other high-quality ingredients, and is blended with selected spices, chicken broth and rapeseed oil commonly used in Sichuan cuisine. The soup base is oily but not greasy, and is spicy and fresh!

Premium Boiled Fish Spice Pack
Selected dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns are premium spices, spicy and numbing! You can add more spiciness according to your personal preference.

Boiled fish
1.Mix the fish fillet (300g) with salt (1 tsp), pepper (a pinch), cornstarch (1 tbsp) and oil (1.5 tbsp) and marinate for 10 minutes.
2.Put soybean sprouts (100g) into boiling water and cook until 80% cooked. Remove from the water and set aside.
3. Pour in 2 packets of Sichuan-style boiled fish sauce and add 1 liter of boiling water and boil.

4. Add the marinated fish fillets into the pot and cook for 3 to 5 minutes (*you can add soybean sprouts at the same time).
5. Add the special boiled fish spice pack to the cooked fish fillet according to your personal preference for spiciness.
Tips: Add roasted sesame seeds to enhance the sesame flavor.
6. Finally, drizzle with cooked oil heated to 180 degrees Celsius and enjoy.
Tips: You can add noodles to your meal according to your preference.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —
we aim to earn your trust, not just your purchase.

 

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Please note:

    •    If your order arrives damaged, expired, or close to expiry, we’ll offer a refund or replacement immediately.
