Lee Kum Kee Poseidon XO Sauce (Fresh Shrimp from Fishery Port) is made from carefully selected dried shrimps, scallops (scallops), ham, etc., and is specially added with shrimp paste and fish sauce to enrich the seafood flavor. The diverse ingredients bring a chewy texture, rich sauce flavor with a hint of salty aroma, and there are many ways to eat it, it can be used to cook a variety of side dishes and fried noodles and rice. It is particularly suitable for seafood dishes, where it can complement the freshness of fish and shrimp, creating a tandem flavor effect.

How long will i receive my package?

After you place your order, it usually takes 1–2 working days to prepare and process.

Can i cancel my order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it — but you may still request a return after receiving the package.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —
we aim to earn your trust, not just your purchase.

 

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Please note:
    •    Only unopened, unused, non-food items are eligible for return.
    •    If your order arrives damaged, expired, or close to expiry, we’ll offer a refund or replacement immediately.

What does “close to expiry” mean?
