By selecting only quality imported pork hind leg meat, we make the preserved sausages in our own factory in Yuen Long. Seasoned with high-grade rose-flavored cooking wine and premium soy sauce, the meat is stuffed into natural, paper-thin pig casings. With a moderate fat-to-thin ratio, the sausages feature rich meat flavor along with a sweet and mellow taste.
