Lee Kum Kee's instant sauce pack series is convenient, time-saving and delicious, with a variety of choices, allowing you to cook a variety of dishes. This spicy black bean chicken sauce is made from carefully selected black beans and minced garlic. It has a strong black bean flavor and can be cooked into spicy black bean chicken sauce or other stir-fried dishes with simple ingredients.
Stir-fried black bean chicken
First, sauté the chicken in oil, drain and set aside. Then use 2-3 tablespoons of oil to sauté shallots, ginger slices and Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Chicken Sauce, add chicken pieces and stir-fry until cooked, then mix in scallions and serve.
