Lee Kum Kee's Secret Spicy Chicken Sauce comes with 2 packets of secret spicy chicken sauce, a premium spice packet and extra spicy chili powder. Simply add a chicken and your favorite ingredients to make a delicious chicken stew at home! After enjoying the chicken hotpot, add Lee Kum Kee’s clear chicken hotpot broth and the six essential sauces for hotpot. You can enjoy two dishes in one pot with endless flavors!

Secret Spicy Chicken Sauce – Made with a unique secret recipe. One pack is stir-fried to make it tasty, and the other pack is served with sauce at the end. The chicken pieces are wrapped in a rich and flavorful sauce, and you can taste the spicy and fresh flavor in one bite!

Premium Spice Pack – Six premium spices including Sichuan peppercorns for a rich and spicy flavor!

Extra spicy chili powder – Made from chili peppers, it is very spicy and can be added according to your personal preference for spiciness.

Secret Spicy Chicken Pot

Material:
- 1 pack of Lee Kum Kee secret spicy chicken sauce
- 1 chicken
- Ginger slices, appropriate amount
- Garlic, appropriate amount
- Purple onion, green and red peppers can be added as desired
- Coriander (appropriate amount)
- Add wine as you like

Suggested cooking method:
1. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger slices and garlic, and sauté over medium heat until fragrant
2. Add chicken (for one chicken) and fry over medium heat until golden brown (does not need to be fully cooked)
3. Add the premium spice pack and fry for about 2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
4. Add the first packet of secret spicy chicken sauce and stir fry until evenly mixed.
5. Add 80 ml of water, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes
6. Add the second packet of secret spicy chicken sauce and ingredients (such as purple onions, green and red peppers, etc.), stir-fry for about 1 minute
7. You can add extra spicy chili powder according to your preference and stir-fry until evenly cooked.
8. Add coriander at the end and serve

Tips: Before adding coriander, you can simmer it with wine to enhance its aroma.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes. 14-day return for non-food items. Refund guaranteed for expired or damaged food products.

For non-food and unopened items, we provide a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Please ensure the product remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons —
however, if your order arrives expired, close to expiry , or damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement immediately.

Our support team in Europe and Hong Kong is always ready to assist quickly and directly —
we aim to earn your trust, not just your purchase.

 

How to return?

To make a return, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label — just print it out and attach it to the parcel.

A courier will be arranged to collect the package from your address,
so there’s no need to visit a post office or pay for shipping.

Once the returned item reaches our EU logistics center,
we will process your refund within 3–5 working days.
